Its not one or ten incorrect or already sold homes its 40% of the listings ! You should punish the agents and not let them post if they are going to litter your site and make to where people like myself and from the responses lots of others dont go back to it! we have other options and starting now i will use them.

Its not just the agent, the owner also forgets to remove it. Its something that is problematic but they are working on it. In the meantime, if you are looking for something , call a local Realtor, go up to Professionals and pull down the tab to look for someone in your area.

The agent is responsible for removing the feed from Zillow after the listing is sold or expired. Many agents do a good job doing that, other agents lose track. Bad agents use those old listings as purposeful lost leaders.
Zillow has removed thousands of old listings, but I read that they are putting other checks in place to remove sold listings and improve accuracy. If you see expired listings and flag them, Zillow will also remove any that are found to be expired/sold.

Zillow depends on agents to keep their listings up to date, and unfortunately a number of them are remiss. While Zillow is putting in filters to expire listings to help this situation, numerous examples still are present. If you bump into one or several that are long ago expired, please click on "report problem with listing".
