The monthly payment shown on Zillow has nothing to do with your payment (what you owe is confidential, thank goodness). The "monthly payment" is simply an estimate of what a purchaser would pay if they purchased at the Zestimate price with a 20% down payment.

that is an estimate of what a new owners payment would be - not your payment :)



Your listing shows a payment of $1,585. My home is paid for. Should'nt the monthly payment be zero?
