If you click on this, a pop-up window whill show you options for changing the parameters driving the estimated monthly payment, The default selections are a 20% down payment and 30-year fixed rate note. It also assumes that the Zestimate is used as the sale price.
First, you can select other parameters (i.e., % down, loan type) to modify the estimated monthly payment.
Second, remember that Zestimates are only "best guess" of value, so it is unlikely that the Zestimate will end up as the actual sale price.
As with all other information on Zilllow, it is a starting point - not authoritative information. However, it will get you in-the-ballpark to start with.
