Your estimate pricing is not very accurate/current in some cases, especially in our neighborhood. I would have to ask you to update/change your estimate on our house ASAP because it would affect our selling price. We have the same exact type of house estimated at $306,000 within the same court and your estimate for our house is $30,000 lower, even though we have more upgrades than them. And according to several realestate agents & the government paperworks, your estimate is way too low for ours. Thank you for your understanding.
