Good Afternoon Maria,
I appreciate you getting back to me about the property for sale. I had been looking for a property for about 3 months, but had been having trouble because of a couple of small "dings" on my credit report, but last week I came across a property where the seller was using a group of people who make private loans to people like me. The seller referred me to this group that he was using and after sending in my information they contacted me yesterday afternoon to let me know they could provide a loan to me so I can buy the property. We are scheduled to close next week which stunned me because normally it takes a lot longer. So, this might be of use to you.
From what I understand, these people do not buy houses they just make private loans to buyers like me and because there are no banks involved, they can close much quicker. Anyway, I thought you might be interested in their services. They guy I am buying the house from said that just a week after he got the seller's kit from them (no cost) and using their suggested wording in his ad, he started getting a lot of calls, including mine. I am buying at the full asking price because of the flexible terms and the seller is getting all cash at closing, so we are both happy.
Here is where the guy said he got their kit. I am keeping this on file so that if I ever want to
