Once I have filled in all the necessary info for selling my home on your site I hit the continue button and I get a message telling me that your site is not working. What should I do?

Most likely you've run into the "time out" feature of 15 minutes.   Therefore, try again and make sure you save your work frequently (set a timer if necessary) and then continue with the descriptions.
