Ooops! I also forgot to mention that when you punch in our address, it goes to the wrong area and not on our house and lot. We are right on the corner of Cory Road and Miriam, on the left with the large side yard. Our zestimate arrow is bunched way over to the left on an empty lot that is not ours. Sorry if this is confusing. You can see our house on the street with our yard put in, but zillow isn't referencing on the website that this is ours, if this is making any sence. Jolina E.

Thank you for your responce. What I meant is ours is at or above our neighbors as in size,etc. bedrooms approx. the same, but our rent zestimate is much lower than our neighbors. I think there is some mistake here, as you click on our neighbors, and all their rent estimates are much higher. We will be renting out our home soon and I hope we don't run into a problem here with folks veiwing this info. I realize zillow isn't aware of the emenities, etc. but we should be in the same rental prices of our neighbors. Our zillow price est. is even higher than some of theirs, but the rent zestimate is lower. Just thought I'de bring that to the attention of zillow. Thanks! (Our address is 658 Cory Rd. South Jordan, Utah).

What do you mean by nicest? Remember Zillow doesn't know about those granite counter tops, remodeled baths, wood floors, etc. Are the neighboring homes larger in size, more beds and baths?

Rents, as well as Zestimates, are only estimates, not the real rent nor value, and upgrades add value which Zillow does not factor...
