Z estimate is considerably OFF compared to other homes

my zestimate is way off ($/sgft) as opposed to all houses within the block.  How can this be corrected?  I did edit my home facts, but looking at my neighbors homes I had more information and their $/sqft is about $40.00/sq more.)  This needs correcting!

Here is a link to understand a little bit more about Zillow's accuracy and how they calculate Zestimates.  It does take weeks to even months for the Zestimate to adjust based on the home facts.
