ZESTIMATE IS INCORRECT!

It seems to me that it's difficult to get an answer from anyone at Zillow.  I appreciate this forum to be able to ask questions & seek advice but it hasn't been effective.

When I initially heard of Zillow in 2004, I logged on to see my home.  It was incorrectly listed in another neighborhood.  I moved my home online to its correct location, but the undervaluation of my home still reflects old neighborhood value.

Zillow has my home valued $30,000-$40,000 less than most of my neighbors in our 40-home plan.  I have the same square footage and actually more updates.

What does it take to have Zillow investigate and make the necessary correction?
