ZESTIMATE is WAYYYYYYY below value of houseI would like to send Zillow - you specifically - a list of what improvements have been done to this property over the past 6 1/2 years. House appraised in 2005 for $139K. Appraised again in 2009 for $130K. Current Zillow Zestimate $70.5K !! Your bad numbers made it impossible for us to refinance because your Zestimate was used by lender as one of their value indicators. How can you (Zillow) possibly put a value on our home when no one has ever seen the inside/outside of the home? Even with the housing downturn - there is no way this property is worth only $70.5K. How do we get this rectified to reflect the proper value of the home? I have a list of all the improvements made to the house over the past 6 1/2 yrs. I would like one of your people to review it then change the value to reflect the improvements that I would be happy to send to one of your Zestimators.
