It can be frustrating when trying to get the correct information regarding you home. I would suggest going in and changing the info in the edit home facts. This gives you the opportunity to correct the items that are not right and upload new photos if you would like to. Good luck

If you check the OP's profile you will see that they did that back in July and nothing happened. It's just another example of Zillows couldn't care less stuff you attitude. And people on here wonder why I suggest these AVM sites need regulation?

I would be frustrated too. I can see that you claimed a house and if your home facts are not correct, you can claim house and change those. However, if your taxes still need to be corrected or a purchase price is wrong, you can use the yellow "edit" pencil under the main house photo to "report a problem" with your house listing.
If Zillow can verify them with your assessor, they will change them to the correct amount. I know that you already did that once, but give it one more shot and then give them time to reply. Do you know if your local assessor's office is online or not? Sometimes that seems to make checking faster.
