Because that home details page doesn't have the county records. It may be a duplicate page for the address, in which case the estimate is on the one with the public records.
And the listing has only been on Zillow one day. Zestimates are calculated 3 times a week. They were last calculated 2/8/11. I'm expecting today's calculations to be posted later today.
And owner/agent provided data is phased in over about 6 to 8 weeks, so it is not clear whether you may get an estimate this week or even next week or not.
By the way, looking at the map, it appears that most of the homes in that area don't have the public records data, which implies Zillow doesn't have a data provider company in that area yet. Maybe you can recommend one?
