Zestimate Error

Profile picture for Fryola
We own tract home 2232 No. 1st Avenue Upland CA 91784. Zestimate for our home is over $100,000 less than all adjacent homes. When I go to page that shows overview with adjacent homes, address is listed as 2224, which doesn't exist. There is something terribly wrong and it is hampering our sale of the house. Adjacent homes are listed at $615,000+ and ours is $513,5000. How do I get this evaluation changed? Very frustrating.

I know it's frustrating & doesn't help the sale of your home, but please remember that any good agent who would represent buyers coming through your property would NOT be using Zillow for comparables, it's just too inaccurate.

Seem like you updated your property's details, last i heard that it takes a few weeks to a few months for the update effects on the Zestimate.

The best way to get it right is to claim your home:
http://www.zillow.com/wikipages/Claim-Your-Home/

Modify the information to make sure it is correct.  Zestimates are only computerized generated models of approximate value.  They in no way effect the appraisal of your property in a sale and will not hamper the sale of your home since the great majority of people viewing your home will see the listing on the MLS, open house advertisement, or sign in the front yard.
