DONT look at your specific home Zestimate, only your AREA's Zestimate, tn figure out if your value is going up or down. Individual Zestimates are highly influenced by nearby sales.

You must have pleased the gods of Zillow in some way or provided a digital offering to the Zestimate shrine. Don't question it, just be thankful. It is the will of Zillow.
Seriously though. When I have seen this in my area, it has been due to in increase in the sales prices or similar houses or a bump in the overall median of the area. You can look through your recently sold houses list or give it a little more time to see if you see a higher per square foot on the yellow icon houses on the map.

Zestimate Going Crazy?
My zillow value has gone through the roof in the past two months, gone from $180k to $237k! Anyone else seeing this or know what is going on? all the other homes in my area are staying around the $190k range.
