Hi kimberlymurphywhite -
I checked in your property's logs and history and it shows that you did make some changes when you initially posted your home in Make Me Move last 01/22/2012. As you mentioned, you have included the appraisal value in the home's description. Your Make Me Move listing has been trumped or replaced though by a feed from Postlets. The home facts and description that you initially placed was replaced by the ones in the Postlet, possibly, including the appraisal value you placed. This Postlet feed was removed on 02/05/12 that is why you where able to post the home again as Make Me Move. The previous description though has already been replaced in which we can't revert back.
Since you still have the property claimed, you can update the home facts again by hovering over "Edit". Options to update home facts, description and photos are available for your convenience.
With regards to the sale information, we would need to wait for the update from the county.
Thank you for using Zillow!

Zestimate and neighborhood
Over the course of 10 days; since I uploaded photos and added info our zestimate has gone up but only in 2-3% increments every other day. For example on Feb3rd it increase to $105 and then today it went to $109k. Is it possible that I can submit my appraisel so that the zestimate is updated?
I also noticed that there are two homes (1 Albert St. Troy NY 12180 and 7 Hamilton Ave Troy NY 12180) that sold in December in my neighborhood that have not been listed as sold on Zillow. I have a feeling that because they sold at a good price my zestimate will increase. When can I expect to see the updated information on those homes sold? It took the other houses 6 months to be updated
