Zestimate and upgrading posting to feature, how?

I am currently posted as a Make Me Move. I want to keep that but also make it a featured posting; how do I do that? As well, when will the Zestimate tool be available, mine is to low?

It is only possible to have one status on a residence at a time, so you can have a featured for sale listing or make me move or for sale using postlets or rent or just showing data and not for sale/rent etc.
