Zestimate appears to have wrong house at my address

Re 96 Brush Hollow Close, Rye Brook, NY 10573:  Your photo shows a different house from mine.  And for some reason my end-unit townhouse is estimated far below other identical ones in the same neighborhood (approx. $500K vs $630K, for example).  Also, the real estate taxes listed are totally wrong: mine are about $12,500 per year, not $18k+ as shown on Zillow.  How can I get all this corrected?

Hi 96hbc,

Zillow gets their information from public records.  The taxes on your property tx id are $18,890 for the 2009 tax year.  Zillow takes estimates of all properties nearby even outside your complex.    Looking at your property, a proper estimate would most likely be higher (in the low $710,000s).
