The last sales price for the property is likely to confound the Zestimate calculations as it is only for a portion of the inheritance and not all. If you flag that value and tell Zillow the percentage that the $55,000 paid for (e.g. 50%?), it may help the Zestimate.
You can also claim your home and enter the appraisal value in the owner's comments associated with the Zestimate.
Zestimates use the core facts of the home, and Zillow is unable to consistently obtain information about upgrades and condition (roof, HVAC etc), therefore, those are not part of the calculation (hence their description of Zestimate being a starting point for comparison of homes).

Zestimate for my home
The following improvements were made: 2011 - 14 SEER AC Heat pump w/ new return air in MBR; 2009- new peel & stick underlay, 30 year Architech shingle roof; 2009 & 2006 - exterior painted; 2006 - 18x18 Ceramic tile in Kitchen, foyer, bath; 2006 - wood lam floor in family & living; 2008 - Gas HWH; 2008 - new glass top stove and faucet; 2009 - new cabinet hardware; 2006 - 10x16 shop/shed rebuilt w/hardeboard, repainted.
