"so you are telling me that the zestimate on 125 poppasquash rd in Bristol ri is correct?"
Nope. I would not rely on a Zestimate to buy any house and would never say that the Zestimate was "correct" unless the house just sold for that exact amount.
If the lot size is wrong, you can flag it with the yellow edit pencil to "report problem with listing" to Zillow directly. My guess is that the agent was trying to manipulate the Zestimate value on Zillow so they exaggerated the lot size to justify their 3m dollar asking price. My tolerance level for agents that do that on purpose is not very high.

thank you for reporting the error to zillow. I looked for that feature and could not find it. I understand the relevance of the zestimate, but the more numbers I can rely on when purchasing, the better.

If you click on "more facts" for the property, you'll see that the "public facts" are correct for the lot size but someone (owner or agent perhaps) has made some edits and made the lot size exagerated. Perhaps a typo, perhaps who knows. (I clicked on "report problem with home" to report the typo to Zillow).
Zestimates are starting points for comparisons of properties and are not CMAs nor appraisals. When it is clear there are data errors, then they are less likely within the range of error for the area described in "Zestimates Value and Accuracy" (found at the bottom of this page).

If you look at the listing for 125 poppasquash rd, in Bristol , RI, it lists the lot size as almost 50 acres, with over 2,147,483,648 sq ft. This is obviously not 5.36 acres. HOW do I ask zillow to fix this?

so you are telling me that the zestimate on 125 poppasquash rd in Bristol ri is correct? I don't want to claim the house, I'm possibly looking to buy it and have relied on zillow in the past for a fairly accurate zestimate. I hope that the result in this property is one I can be fairly certain of. Until all the listing facts were correct, I could not count on zillow. SO now everything is correct and the zestimate is also?

As the owner, you can claim the house and change the size of your lot to the correct size. After you claim your house, you can edit the facts immediately. Go to the home page and claim ownership with the yellow "edit" pencil under the main house photo. Once you claim, you can use that same "edit" link to correct your home facts.
Zillow lists lots in square feet instead of acres. Your 5.36 acre lot would be listed as 233481.6 square feet on Zillow. Hope it helps. My house photo was also incorrect. It was shifted down the street and around the bend. My home page showed a photo of a bush and part of a neighbors house. I fixed the problem by uploading a front house photo on my home page. It was not a perfect fix, but it made me happier when I looked at my page.

The facts on zillow are totally wrong. I have given you the plat number in bristol. the property is only 5.36 acres. You list it with thousands of acres. how can the Zestimate be correct if the facts aren't? can you look at your evaluation and correct it. you do now at least show the correct picture of the property.

The property in the pic is NOT 125. it is 101 and part of Bristol yacht club. if you bring up the web site harbouroaks.net , you will see that 125 is the property next door. I can't claim it yet, because I am looking to purchase it and want the zillow zestimate for the property

Hi usatraveler -
I can see that you need to edit your home location on Zillow. I was able to pull up your property here. On the home details page, go to the Edit tab and click on "Claim your home". After claiming, go back to the Edit tab and click on "Move home's map location".
You can also check this thread.
Thank you.

From what I read, the photo and the home information/Zestimate have no relation to each other. They are not linked as far as information goes. If you want to you can upload your own front photo so it shows up correctly on the page. I did that on my last house because it showed up as half the neighbor's house and a big bush.

I put in the correct address, but it shows the property next door.
