Texas is a non-disclosure state so that information is not disclosed therefore the Zestimate would not be accurate not a fault of Zillow just the way things work in Texas. The builders will list homes in MLS but typically prohibit the buyer or the Realtor (if one is involved) from disclosing the actual sales price. You could inquire with American Life Homes and see what the selling price is. The base prices range from 222,900 up to 271,900. I hope that helps.

Zillow takes their info from PUBLIC records. No public records on file, no Zestimate, or at least delayed Zestimate.
Check with your county when the info will be made public.
