THow can zestimate on one propertie be half of the zestimate for other properties that are identical in age and condition on the exact same street?

With the roll out of the new algorithm, there are a few glitches.  If all the properties are more or less identical and there is a crazy value or two, flag it (under "edit" use "report problem") so the Zestimate crazy team can put it on their investigation.
