 Zillow addresses their opinion of sharing their estimates of value in their FAQ called "Can I remove my home from Zillow?"   Bottom line, it is not possible to delete the Zestimate.    

You can claim the home and edit home facts for accuracy, and once done over about 8 weeks you may see a change in the Zestimate.
