Zestimate is a Zjoke

    How can you excuse coming up with such low zestimates for a house like mine of such caliber?  4 Side brick, 4 BR w/ 2 & 1/2 baths and new Granite kitchen counters with also a rarely used 6 foot whirlpool tub in master bath, and the master BR is huge, and the house is in a cul-de-sac, but you insist on zestimating it 20 grand below my now rock bottom price!  And that price is still like 40 to 50 grand below my tax appraisal.  Just remember, just because you zestimate it for dirt I don't have to sell it for a dirt price!  You do not create a good buying atmosphere when you mislead buyers in that way, and I have seen most sellers just take their homes off the market, likely due to zillow after enduring a poor economy.

You sound so upset,so let me try to explain,Zillow is pulling basically from public records. As a real estate professional, I only look at the Multiple Listing Service for what a home is 'worth'
 I will tell you, as a for sale by owner, I could very well miss your listing,unfortunatley, unless I drive by it and see your sign.Or happen to come across it on other search engines when looking for my buyers.
