Zestimate is getting silly

I bought an apartment 2 months ago for $530,000 - it was appraised at $550,000 which was also the listing price. So far so good.

A month after I closed, the Zestimate was $526,000. Then $576,000 2 weeks later, then $626,000 and now $671,000. Looks great, but obviously crap.

Does this actually serve any purpose at all?

Well now it's worth 718,000. In another 3 months, I'll be able to sell it and retire...
