Have you had the opportunity to read the recently (last week) updated "What is a Zestimate?" It provides far more insight to what is actually incorporated into a Zestimate and time it takes to respond to edits than the older version.

Zestimate is not accounting for updates. What should I do?
Hello, I am selling my house at 124 Moulton Ave. Tonawanda, NY 14223. and the zestimate keeps dropping although I just put a whole new tear off on two weeks ago. There is new fireplace, hot water tank, furnace, etc. New glass block windows retractable awning, etc.
Is there any way for zestimate to get raised based on all these new improvements that were made to the house?
Thank you,
Garrett
