Zestimate: none???

I would like to value a home, but it has no Zestimate.  All the other homes on the street have a zestimate value, except this one.  It's for sale -- duh!
Why doesn't it have a zestimate, and when will it be updated?

RealAVM™ is a CoreLogic® derived value and should not be used in lieu of an appraisal.
Ultimately, the value of a home is determined by what a seller is willing to accept, what a Buyer is willing to pay, and when appropriate, what a lender on a mortgage is willing to appraise the property for and therefore approve of the loan.  I hope this helps and welcome to Camarillo!
