Hello Candyland - This house is not currently for sale per MLS, but it is currently in some form or another of default. It says the auction date was scheduled for earlier this year, but it looks like it was either not purchased or the auction did not occur. There's several other homes in Anatolia that are similar and available for purchase - please email me if I can be of any assistance to you on this home or any others. I'm local in Rancho and know Anatolia well.

These estimates are usually more accurate than the values found on Zillow and are more up to date based on the most recent sales and listings. Agents can also look up auction dates on websites like foreclosureradar.com or similar sites to be of assistance.

Duplicate entries for a home are common when a property has been for sale.
If a house is for sale on Zillow, there will be a red icon in the upper left of the home details page (as well as a red icon on the map).
Zillow is updated for houses for sale daily, but the information is only as current as the agents who put information into their feeds to sites outside the MLS.
