Zestimate problem

I have been following the value of my home for several weeks now, and I think there is a problem. The site consistently values my home less than that of my close neighbors, even though by every measure it's a more valuable property (lot size, square footage, etc). Since this is such a trusted site that people visit to evaluate a property, I think this ought to be corrected.

I agree.  I am calling into question the algorithm used which seems to have a flaw.  And given that people will use Zillow as a way to evaluate my property before a potential sale, I'd say it's a pretty important consideration that so far appears to be out of my control.
