Zestimate totally off and options to create my own arent applicable

Hi there,

We are listings a home and the home owner is conserned with the low "zestimate". Can we change the actual zestimate? none of the comps provided are actually comparable properties and the option to ad features are not applicable. Please advise.

As far as I know, you cannot change the actual Zestimate, but you can claim the house, edit the home facts and/or add an owner's estimate to show value on the home page for remodels or additions that Zillow does not have listed. There is more information on that here.
