Zestimates FAIL to include Values for ImportantProperty Features

There is no ability or field available to enter features when homes have a DEN - either a first floor Den or a second floor Den and there is no field to enter when a home has a MASTER BEDROOM SUITE, as opposed to just a "bedroom", among other things, all of which add increased value to homes yet ZILLOW and Zestimates feel the ability slap an estimated value on homes, thereby strongly misleading the public.  If any real estate professional provided information on a value of a home but neglected to included pertinent features to include in the value, they would be providing completely inaccurate information.  If Zillow wants to provide their Zestimates the site really needs to more professional and accurate.  Having no field for such information, among other specific information, is hugely flawed.  Inserting this in the description does not appear to allow for increase in value.  Very dissappointed.

You are right, the Zestimate doesn't include everything that potentially adds to or detracts from value. Public records don't provide this information.    This is exactly why Zillow has the "my estimate" feature.   As you may have noticed, Zillow is modifying their "my estimate" feature so it is temporarily unavailable.  This tool, in the past, has included many options for identifying features that may add value to the home.  Have you tried it out when it was available (up until a couple of weeks ago)?   Do you have some suggestions for Zillow's team on that tool?  perhaps a polite E-mail with your thoughts on how to improve the tool would be appreciated by the team.

Welcome to Zillow.  You seem to have come out of the box in a flurry of criticism.  What steps are you taking to learn more about Zillow so you can represent the knowledge to your clients?   They will ask, and simply having an opinion what is wrong probably won't carry you far.
