Are you guys totally blind? Your numbers are so skewed, you have a Zillow bubble going in here. I have checked at least 20-30 different properties on Zillow which are on sale right now and for nearly all of them Zillow is showing at least 100k more than what the houses are being put on Sale.

Can you just not pull off information from local MLS to make it more real-time than publishing all-time high data !?

This site is ridiculous. One of the house I am looking at, the owner has reduced price from 710K to 690K and Zillow says that the price on the house has gone up 16K in the last one month. Which world are you living in ?

I think Zillow may lag the real world by many months. It doesn't help that as of now they have gone 5 weeks without updating.

zillers aint in the bidnezz of keepin up.
they gave up on that model a long time ago.
now its like a video game to lure people to click the adz.
no real baziz for any of their numbers.

In California, Zillow is not keeping up with the constantly dropping real estate prices.

My home is estimated by Zillow at between $550,000 and $680,000, but I only paid $452,000 for it last month.
