Zestimates

Would like to suggest that you add a variable, List Price to your Zestimate formula. If a property is listed for sale for a price less than the Zestimate, and the property is not under contract/or sold, the property is definitely worth no more than the list price. Seems like this would improve the accuracy of your Zestimates.

Just a thought and an easy fix for you!

I have taken note of this information and forwarded it to our product development team. They use the feedback we receive as an input to design and prioritize future features on Zillow.com.
