Just type in the address that you are interested in getting a zestimate for and tell it to search and it will return with the zestimate. If the property is listed the zestimate (I believe) will be near the bottom if it is not listed it will be in the position that the price is usually seen.

I recommend getting a CMA from a local real estate agent. Zestimates are only that and can vary widely from the true appraised value. If you go to your local property appraiser's site the values are almost less than the actual value. They do this in order to help keep property taxes down and affordable. So try not to get caught up in those low numbers as they are not as accurate. Your local real estate agent will be able to provide you with the most accurate free knowledge of the market that you are looking to purchase in.

On the home page of Zillow, there is a "Find Homes" field in the upper left hand corner. Type in the address and click on "Go."
