Zillow's Zestimate

We are very frustrated with Zillow's Zestimate of value for the Lubbock, Texas area.  They are consistently across the board WAY to low and are encouraging buyers to bring low offers on property that has a much higher value.  Zillow's algorithm for Lubbock uses old tax office data and implies that values are much less than they actually are.  It's not just on a few properties, we are finding that is is almost all that have this extremely inaccurate data.  Unless this changes soon, we will be pulling all of our data sharing from Zillow.

Since Texas is a non-disclosure state, public records are not available. Accurate values are only available via licensed appraisers. Zillow does not work that well in non-disclosure states. Sorry.
