Zillow 's estimate is based on a 1959 property.

This house has been upgraded and has  40 or 50 thousand in add on and renovations.

Zestimates aren't very good...so don't worry too much about what it says.  Contact a reputable local Realtor to give you a free CMA (comparitive market analysis) to get a better idea of what your property could be worth in today's market.

Best wishes from So-Cal and good luck

Zestimates are just that, a estimate.  The best way to see what your house is worth is to have a local Realtor do a CMA on your property, and take into account any upgrades that you have made and when they were done.
