Nobody gets a pass on false quotes or rates.
That being said, Zillow does not have the luxury of just taking everyone's word for it when something is reported to us. We look into every infraction and reach our own conclusions.

Goeff, today it is 4.375% / 4.43 APR 0 Orig 0 Disc $2000 fees for a 30 Yr Fxd, but their website says 4.75% / 4.8 something. You dont need to check rates with anyone, it is the difference between the figures on the rate table and their own website.
