Hello Bleiwei,
Good question! First I'm curious to know why you're concerned with the "Zestimate" of your home? Are you thinking of selling, actively listed for sale or thinking of refinancing maybe?
To answer your question though, there could be several reasons why other homes that are "apples to apples" comparisons to your home would have significantly higher or lower "Zestimates".
Usually, when "claiming" your home on Zillow, you should always check the "edit home facts" section and update as much information as possible in order to accurately reflect your home. This should differentiate your home comared to others in your specific market area and also affect your home's "Zestimate".
Nevertheless, I encourage you NOT to perceive your home's "Zestimate" as a reflection of true or fair market value!
Hope this helps and I'm always around if you need further advice!

My suggestion is to have a full time Realtor who specializes in your area come in and give you a market opinion. There is usually no cost or obligation for this service.
