Well that is pretty darn cool.
This sounds like it could get expensive Most people are casually browsing on their iPhone and not in a position at all to make a mortgage decision. Will clicks from iPhones (and iPads since the app will also work on that device) cost less to the lender or will it carry the same rate? Also, since the iPhone will be on a cellular network and have a different IP than the home computer, if someone browses on their iPhone then returns to their desktop or laptop to review, will the lender be charged multiple clicks because of the different IPs?

Thanks for your comment. In our initial version, clicks from the mobile app are priced the same as they are priced on the site. We'll be monitoring borrower and lender feedback, as well as click conversion rates and will decide if it makes sense to change our mobile pricing strategy.
In the example you gave of the mobile and home uses, we will not be able to associate the two IP addresses to a single user. However, we have a comprehensive click fraud system in place to detect fraudulent behavior and to limit repeat clicks.

Once I am in the amortization schedule, how do I get back to the input screen?

We had a bug in an earlier version that didn't show you the button to return to the input screen for the Payment Calculator. We have since fixed the bug so once you're in the amortization schedule, you can return to the input screen by tapping the arrow icon in the top left of the screen that says "Payment." Try updating the app to the latest version and trying again - sorry for the hassle!

At the moment lenders aren't able to quote from the app. Consumers are able to shop for rate quotes, use our mortgage calculators, and look at rate history.

The quotes lenders provide on Zillow Mortgage Marketplace on Zillow's website are automatically pulled over to Zillow's mortgage apps. So since you're already quoting on Zillow, if a Zillow mobile app user submits a loan request that fits within your quoting filters, they'll receive quotes on the app from you and other lenders. So, you're already quoting on the app!
