Zillow Neighborhoods Boundary data conversion problem

Hi I'm trying to use the ZIllow Neighborhood Boundaries data (http://www.zillow.com/howto/api/neighborhood-boundaries.htm), by converting it to .json or .geojson with (http://www.gdal.org/ogr2ogr.html). However, the result of the GDAL conversion seems to output all of the "coordinates" values perfectly backwards, i.e. when the point should be [ 37.666442, -122.108346 ], it actually outputs [-122.108346, 37.666442]. What's the deal?

These are the GDAL conversion command I'm running:

$ ogr2ogr -f "GeoJSON" ZillowNeighborhoods-CA.geojson ZillowNeighborhoods-CA.shp

and...

$ ogr2ogr -f "GeoJSON" ZillowNeighborhoods-CA.json ZillowNeighborhoods-CA.shp
