URGENT REQUEST: I am sure you get questions all the time about pricing however, our property is listed at $210,900. This neighborhood (all brick, granite counters, cherry cabinets, brazlian cherry floors and much more) is averaging $380,000. This low number will hurt my resale possibilities. Please adjust the zillow pricing and get back to me as soon as complete.
