When a price such as $1300 appears with a property, it is either a rental price or a proposed price of a mortgage/month. It is not a sales price. Some people goof when they enter the data.
It is useful to flag the property and ask Zillow to investigate.

No, I doubt it's a data entry error. Rather it's a fault of how Zillow's systems import data. They just can't handle imported rental data.

In some areas, HUD owned fixer up homes can be listed as low as $1,300.

Zillow Property ID# 44017613 is selling for just $1300.00? How is that possible? How can I buy it?
