Zillow Rental...We found our rental on Zillow.However, we r ess then happy with rental OR manager. When u find something u like,you'd think the people ur renting from 'CARE' about the property...NOT the case it seems here. Our manager, INFORMED us 'if it is functional , it won't be replaced'..it is a rental' quote un quoteThe window blinds 'COVER ' the windows, but DO NOT open, or go up/down! As we did our FIRST walk thru. 'missing' rods for the kitchen blinds, no screens on the sliders.Noticed OTHER issues..Like, the sinks leak in both bathrooms. 2 weeks time the old dirt came bk up and we had to have the carpets done again.... You can see where the tenants prior 'TAPED' off ALL of the slider doors and fireplace due to the cold air coming thru the gaps.The DISHWASHER does not work, but because it spews water, they claim it does.There should be a law that states if ur 'paying for 'amenities'.. that do NOT work, WE should be refunded some of the rent..Frustrated and ready to break my lease.
