The answer is very easy; GROSS INCOMPETENCE by Zillow and their lousy approach to data integrity which leads to errors of this scale. It looks like a roller coaster the way the zestimate fell and has now increased by $78k in the last 30 days. I find it outrageous that these clowns deny homeowners the right to correct inaccurate zestimates when they have proved so many times that they don't have adequate quality controls in place to ensure an acceptable level of accuracy when valuing single family homes.

Due to Zillow has no house size information on the subject property therefore the estimate maybe incorrect.
Zillow Zestimate Drop

We looked at the house in person and everything looks beautiful and in great shape. Is there something we could be overlooking and need to be aware of? Our realtor can't seem to understand it either and says Zilllow is sometimes inaccurate, but I am not satisfied with that answer. I feel like something must have triggered that Zestimate drop?
Any advice or thoughts?
Thanks,
Greg
