Zillow Zestimate Wrong/Unexplainable Price Drop- mistake needs fix

Hello. Zillow has dropped the price (estimate) of my house dramatically by 30% last December (2009) for no reason. The graph shows all other houses in the neighborhood and the area continuing to rise, where my house dropped unexplainably by at least 30%!! There is no reason for that. Nothing occured, nothing changed... As the matter of fact, it should have moved up due to improvements, and other work. But for whatever reason, Zillow dropped it, and now it's at that low level. As the graph shows, all houses are going up, and my house was nicely following those curves and went along all the time until last December, where the line suddenly nose dives just like that- without any reason.

Please let me know who to contact for that to be fixed?

Same with mine. It suddenly dropped my house by 50,000 USd compared to neighborhood without any reason  in just 3 days. My house is in pristine condition and looks as good as the other houses and bigger than few and newer built.
