Hi thebittersea -

At this time, we are still offering our services for residential properties only.

We have received similar requests/feedback for Zillow to provide commercial properties evaluation. We have taken note of this and will consider this as we further develop our services. However, we don't have a specific timeframe as to when this will be implemented or displayed on the site.

When looking at my home on the site, I noticed that Zillow has every home in the subdivision listed as a condo.  That is INCORRECT!  They are all single family homes.  That must be why it shows the values as being so low.  When we refinanced, it bank appraised for substantially more.
