The property is in need of repairs and has been vandalized. Most of the copper water lines were removed. In addition, alot of interior cosmetic work is needed too. Overall condition is not that bad but current market is very depressed, thus the price. Property is bank owned, motivated seller has reduced the price to encourage a sale.
