Zillow does not work on my ipod???

The Zillow app is having problems with certain operating systems (iOS 3.0 and iOS3.1) on the iPxxs.   They plan to release a repaired version in the next few days.  (i started to down load the update yesterday, but got an alert message about operating systems so chose not to update it).
