The Z estimate is just looking at location.  It takes in all sales data in an area.  It does not take into account the size, feature or updating of your home.  It only looks at sales data in a geographic area.  Unfortunately there isnot much you can do about getting Zillow to change the value.  Most people understand this evaluation to not be accurate.  You can however claim your property and value it yourself.

Unfortunately there is NOTHING you can do about this as Zillow acts in such an arrogant way refusing all requests from homeowners to correct or delete erroneous zestimates. Frankly this is outrageous and time our legislators caught up with technology and introduced some form of regulation to stop this nonsense so homeowners are treated in a fair minded manner.

As Mark Twain would have said, 'there are lies, damn lies and Zestimates'.

Other than editing the data that is used to extrapolate the estimate from the recent non-distressed sales in the vicinity....
You "don't".  The estimates are supposed move in random directions completely independent of the neighbors, and individual movements are not statistically significant and tell you absolutely nothing about any change in potential value.
