What can you do? You can make sure all data are accurate. You can put a comment in the Zestimate "owner's comment" section. You can wait until the other houses sell and put a comment about comps into the section (don't use asking price, that is not a comp)
You can celebrate as one of the few people who says their Zestimate is increased since Oct 2009! Mine certainly hasn't. =-(

Zillow estimate is low
In Oct of 2009 Zillow had my house valued at 408k, and when I havd it appraised it came back at 440k.
There are several houses for sale a few streets over that are the exact same house listed at 475k....but mine is currently valued by Zillow at 430k.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
