Well there is really no way for you to change the zestimate. It is what it is on here. It is only there to give the person an Idea of what it is worth and if you go down and look in the price range under the zestimate I bet that there is a hugh gap in price range and if there is that is telling you that zillow is uncertain of what the value of your home is at. It pulls the zestimate from the area and not all the comparables are not from your neighborhood which could loower the zestimate.
